Throughout my journey to become a Physical Therapist, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments, witnessing firsthand the incredible resilience shown when recovering from surgery or adapting to the new transitions of aging. However, I also saw the overwhelming stress families feel when the clinic door closes—the confusion of trying to coordinate therapy, home safety, and daily support on their own—which led me to ask why anyone should have to navigate such a complex journey without a trusted partner. That is why I founded Mero Health, a name that means “My” in my native Nepali, because it reflects my deepest conviction that your health, your home, and your independence are personal and deserve to be honored with dignity. Our mission is to move beyond simply managing a diagnosis and instead empower you to live safely, confidently, and independently in the place where your memories are made, ensuring that through every transition, you are supported with compassion and total peace of mind.

Why Mero Health Partners Exists
We exist to redefine how individuals experience aging and recovery. For too long, healthcare has been fragmented—patients are often discharged from a clinic or hospital only to find themselves and their families overwhelmed by the challenge of coordinating therapy, home safety, and daily support alone.
Mero Health Partners was created to bridge that gap. The word “Mero” means “My” in Nepali, reflecting our deeply personal philosophy: My Health. My Home. My Independence..
